I love the detail of her hair decorations, very nice and her little wavier bit of hair at the back is a nice touch indeed!
The design of the dress is just lovely, the layers are done beautifully and I love how it's all different shades of pink. The shading on the creases are spot on as well!
All in all, love it!

I love the dress, even if pink isn't my favourite colour i still love it, the design is great and it just suits so well.
there's something about her, she just looks... i dunno. *is lost*
but her eyes seem a little off, something about the eye on the left doesn't look quite right, it's amost as if she's looking up, but the eye on the right looks as though she is looking to the side.
or at least that's how it looks to me.

The texture in the red is great, it really does look like trad. media. The simple graphic window is really elegant and it makes a nice setting for her.

LOL..but really. BEAUTIFUL as usual! she's a bit thicker in the torso than her arms might indicate, but i like it. gives her more character. That dress is awesome, i wish my brain ran more that way when i was designing dresses, but i tend to fizzle out after i decide on..well..color. lol.

Linguistics is sort of a hobby of mine 
And yes, when I'm not doing digital art I do detailed pencil drawings, and I was trying to recreate my pencil process in a digital medium. I used a light blue to sketch and a very soft graphite-like brush to draw, and then painted with washes.

Well, you achieved this effect successfully, in my opinion. It's not that easy recreating the effects of traditional media, is it? Some do it the easier way and use textures. But I really like the effect here.
