I first used Fighter factory to change the Palet colors. But since it was all purple I had to make 3 versions of the entire sprite sheet then painstakingly take the pieces I needed from two of them and put them on the third in MS Paint and then add finishing touches such as the eyes. It took a long time to do, but the end results were more than worth the effort.
