Ah I'm glad you asked.

Albedo had just gained an all new power by using his Feedback the power to take in an ANAIALARG explosion. And has become a god, or... more or less a gained the strength of a god. Well more like he's a demi god. And Ben go's to Galven prime to get the Ultimate Omnitrix from Azmuth. "Azmuth, we don't have time for a speech about this. I need the Ultimate Omnitrix. So where is it?! We're in a hurry." But Azmuth has some bad news for Ben. "Well uh..." The other Galven's are arguing Azmuth not to tell Ben. "See after I gave you the Completed Omnitrix.... I..... destroyed Albedo's Ultimate Omnitrix..." Ben yells right in his face. "YOU! DID! WHAAAAAT?!" The yell could be hired from outside. As they go on, Azmuth remembers something. "Hold on... Ben. Do you remember the gem that Albedo used to make his onmitrix change him into Ultimate Alien's?" "Yea it was shaped like a... dice with a lot of sides. That or a football with a tun of hexagons instead of pentagons." Azmuth runs to his office and brings out a green version of the gem Albedo used. "What the? You had one of those the hole time?!" "Just incise of emergence." He puts the gem in to the Omnitrix. Making it look more like Albedo's. But green. Now it was the completed Ultimate Omnitrix. Later at the fight. Ben is Humungasaur while Albedo is Ultimate Humungasaur. "HAHAHAHA! You have failed Ben Tennyson! You are no mach for a god! I am beyond you now! I am beyond Azmuth! You are nothing! Non of your transformations can save you! Not even Alien X." Ben, as Humungasaur, gets up. And smiles. "Who said anything about Alien X?" "Hm?" Ben raised his hand. "If going hero isn't enough to get the job done. Then it's time to go ULTIMATE!" Ben slams his hand where the Omnitrix is on Humungasaur, and begins to change into... "ULTIMATE HUMUNGASAUR!" Albido is shocked. "Wh- what?! In-possible! Your not sapost to be able to change into Ultimate Alien's anymore!" Ben opens fire on Albedo, and Albedo fires back. "Let's just say. I had an upgrade. And a few more things to boot." A flash of green light happens and Ultimate Humungasaur is now... "ULTIMATE SPIDRMONKEY!" He then webs Albedo's hands up, and then his arms. "What's wrong Albedo ahoohoo! Can't keep up with Master Control?" Ultimate Spider Monkey then changes into... "ULTIMATE SWAMPFIRE!" He then shoots flames from both his hands, making Albedo back up into a corner. "Looks like I win." Albedo then times out and he changes back into his worped Ben 10 form. But this time, his Omnitrix was altered so that he'd resemble the Omniverse teen Ben again. Albedo then began to make a run for it. "NEVER! I'LL BE BACK BEN TENNYSON! AND WHEN I DO! I'LL-" But before Albedo could get away and finish his sentence. Albedo was frozen by... "Ultimate Bigchill." After that, Azmuth chose to leave the master control with Ben and the Ultimate alien forms, say that, "They mite come in handy in the future."

Thanks, I thought it was! A perfect Onmitrix with perfected Ultimatrix functions would give Ben a giant advantage..

Well his isn't an actual Omnitrix but a device to stabilize his transformations. Ben's watch is an actual Omnitrix. It would just have all the functionality of the 1.0 Ultimatrix without the glitches. My thought process is Ben is forced to surrender it to a villain whom upgrades it to use Ultimate Alien forms, then after Ben gets it back he decides to keep that new functionality in spite of Azmuth's insistence that Ultimate Aliens are just asking for trouble.
