It's been a year since Peter started to patrol around New York as Spider-Man. Tony give to him a brand new suit (the third one, after his standard suit and the Iron Spider) and even if he trusts his son, he still keep an eye on him when he's on a mission. If he can't do it himself, the Avengers or their allies make sure the kid is okay, like Captain Marvel.
