This is Roy, a character I've had since October 2014 but haven't made him a ref for until now :'D
So this is Roy, Nikita's kind-of father

He is not yet aware of it but he is the fire god. However he's been aware of his magic for a long time and has nearly mastered it completely. He can summon and control it perfectly, and it obeys his every order despite the natural untamed wildness of fire magic in particular.

Roy grew up on the continent that lies most south. At the age of 17 he moved to the neighboring continent (lies more north) where he met his current wife, Nica.

Roy was always the quiet type. He never went to school or anything like that, but his father, who was a writer, and his mother, who was a pharmacist, taught him how to write and read. He was living a generally good life; he usually stayed at home to help his mother with the store or take care of the house. There weren't any real problems. They had it better than most. Food and things like that was always available. And that was most likely what made Roy move out. He wanted adventure. He wanted to not know if he was going to get food the next day. He wanted to work hard, to fight, for only what he absolutely needed. So he moved out, across the sea and to the Northern Continent. This place was all Roy could ever ask for. Here, he met Aiross, a boy who, too, was looking for adventure. They became friends after Aiross saved Roy's ass three times.

As time passed, they grew closer. At one point, they were lovers. However, they broke up soon after but they still traveled together just like before.

By now, they had been all over the continent, and were just about to leave to go to another when Roy found a girl. But this girl was different from all the other girls both Roy and Aiross had been with. This girl was something else. So all their plans on going to one of the other continents quickly came to an end as Roy decided to stay with this girl named Nica. However, this didn't upset Aiross; in fact, this gave him the chance to visit an old flame of his.

After some time of being together, Nica and Roy moved in together. They settled down in a town with one of the best military training camps. Of course, this sparked Roy and Aiross' interest. At the time Roy was 21 and Aiross 23, so they were more than old enough to enter. But they had no idea what they were getting into. Both of them had partners they had to take care of and a life to live. 6 years. 6 years of hell, as they described it themselves. But in the middle of it, Aiross' partner Dinah became pregnant and gave birth to a boy, that they named Asher. Roy and Nica also tried to get children at the time, but failed. After the training was over, they tried again. And Again. And again. It just wouldn't work.

10 years later, Roy and Nica found an abandoned child. A girl, to be more precise. At the time, they were a bit unsure if they should take her in, but at the same time they couldn't just leave a new born child just like that. So they decided to take her in and name her Nikita. 7 years after they took her in, two boys, both about Nikita's age, knocked on the door, asking for food. Neither Roy or Nica could say no, so they gave them food. Another few years after the boys had moved in, it knocked on the door. Two boys, one a little older than the other stood in the door opening, asking for help with a broken bone. Both Roy and Nica knew exactly who they were as they had met plenty of times before. Aiden and Kion.

Pretty standard I know, but I for once, just wanted a character with a normal up-growth. Nothing fancy. So yeah.... .-.
