I get why Venice isn't in the HRE, but why isn't Switzerland?

Well, the attempted Imperial Reforms in OTL led to the Swabian War and the seccession of the Swiss Confederacy from the Holy Roman Emperor, and I thought if they refused to bow to the half-assed reforms of OTL, they would under no circumstances remain member of an even more centralized HRE.Β

I used Fenn-O-maniC's blank 1740 Europe map as a template, so that's kind of what I think this would be. But hoenstly, it's not a flashed out timeline or anything, just a quick map I made to accompany the two corresponding coats of arms that I just designed for fucks

I like the smoothed out border of Lower Lusatia :3 Nice to see that the traditional capital of L.L. (Cottbus -Β ChotΔbuz) is a part of it again.Β
And BTW, Switzerland and Venezia-Lombardy (I assume?) look they're hanging off a ledge and Switzerland is begging for V-L not to drop it
