Looks great, but I do think that the Pillars of Hercules and the mural crown are staples of the Spanish republican "trademark". Nevertheless, great work.

Yes, I agree. But this is a SPanish Republic ruled not by OTL Republicans, but by the Soviet style communists that took over during the Civil War. And I think they would break with that tradition

So saving an King that supported one of the most elitist dictators of modern times, led his country to ruin and fled it when it became hot form him rather then facing justice would be worth supporting Franco? Β
Again, talking about monarchs: He was an incompetent boy and putting someone in a position of great prstige in power simply for matters of ancestry is insane. Especialy when he can not be removed ...
And even though I will not deny the important role Juan Carlos played in ending fascism in Spain, that man became a lavishly arrogant man after that. A ruler needs to be replaced after a certain ammount of time. Even I as a socialist realize that this applies to any ruler, including socialist ones. They all, without exception, turned to be revisionist old pricks, from Mao to Castro, and they should have been replaced before this happened. Monarchy is for life. Even if the King gets elected, he stays till he dies or decides to abdicate.Β
Sorry I push your buttons about this, but I love civil discussions And I realy never discussed monarchy with a monarchist. There are no German royalists I know, so this are one-time-opportunities

Sorry but it's 1:30 am, I've been working all day on emptying out my late granny's apartment and I have work tomorrow. My mind is NOT in a state to accommodate a political discussion
