So, I recently started to play Fallout New Vegas again, and decided to break my long silence with these two pieces. Both the NCR and Ceasar's Legion in Fallout New vegas have flags, but not arms/seals. So, let's change that. The NCR's seal is based on modern day California's seal, featuring Minerva (she is California's symbol because in greek/roman mythologa, Minerva is born as an adult, which is used as an allegory to California's history as a US state) and, of cours,e the two headed bear. On her shield is the embleme of the NCR Rangers, the supreme protectors of the NCR. With the Legion, it's just classic Roman symbolism plus the golden Bull of the real life Ceasar's Legio X Gemina.
