World War II officialy started on September 1st, 1939, when the Kingdom of Prussia invaded the Republic of Poland. Lead by Adolf Hitler and his Natioanl Socialist Prussian Workers Party (NSPAP), Prussia aimed to reconquer territory lost after World War I. and to gain dominance over all German speaking countries and to cripple it's long-time enemy, France. Czechoslovakia had joined Prussia in it's cause, having been fooled into the believe, that Poland intended to invade and out of fear from the Soviet Union. The USSR how ever had secretly joined Prussia in a military Alliance and actualy faught alongside the Axis Powers.

Also fighting on the side of the Axis was facist Naples under the leadership of Benito Mussolini, Great Britain and the Baltic Federation.

On the side of the Allies were France, the German Confederation, Italy, the Netherlands,Hungary, Sweden-Finland, Poland,Spain, the United States and the Empire of Japan. Tukrey and the Balkans stayed neutral, but became battlegrounds in the war none the less.

The war officialy ended in an Allied victory in 1945.The Soviet Union and the British EMpire collapsed entirely, Prussia had to cede Poznan to Poland. Czechoslovakia was stripped of it's German and Hungarian lands. Sweden-Finland annexed Karelia from Russia. The Turkish Federal Republic had lost it's posessions in Northern Africa during Prussia's and Naples' African campaing. They were now under administration of France. During the last days of the war, neutral Ireland annexed the Isle of Man from Great Britain with almost no casualties.

Plans to occupy Prussia were rejcted by a majority of the Allies. Instead, the country was forced to change it's constitution into a parliamentary monarchy, ban the NSPDP and all organizations tied to it and hold elections. It later joined the US' western power bloc anlongside Great Britain.
