Description Doctor number 5 is here in the form of Miles Tails Prower

The reason I chose Tails for Doctor 5 was because the 5th Doctor was very young, innocent and naive as well as being a genius like all his incarnation. His main colour for his clothes was yellow and white which matched Tails' personality down to a T.

The 5th Doctor was much less sure of himself but when it came down to it he always did the heroic thing, even going as far as to give up his chance at his continual existence to save the life of his then companion Peri.

The 5th Doctor also had a thing for the sport Cricket as his clothes would indicate, however he rarely got to play any cricket as he was too busy roaming the universe in his clapped out old TARDIS saving planets and peoples along the way.

Tails by comparison appears to be a strong willed character when put up to the test, can be just as heroic as his friend Sonic and though not a lover of sport (as far as I know) he is capable of keeping pace with Sonic to a degree. He also has a love of machines (I think the TARDIS would interest him greatly ) and we often saw the 5th Doctor tinkering with some gadget or other though the Doctors were more scientific instruments rather than planes or land walkers.

Some interesting things to note in this picture. He's wearing celery in his lapel, an eccentricity by the 5th Doctor though it had an explanation as it detected gases he was allergic to. He also has his half moon spectacles raised above his eyes, though the 5th Doctor was rarely seen to use them they were part of his character and as it was described in Time Crash he didn't really need them at all, he just used them to make himself look clever.

The TARDIS also has some wickets scribbled in chalk on its door. This came from a publicity photo of Peter Davision (Doctor 5) to illustrate this Doctor loved the English sport of Cricket.

Absolutely brilliant. The wickets on the door are a really nice touch for this incarnation of Doctor Wii.
Also, for regeneration scenes, are you going to use the existing ones or are you going to create your own ? Have you made a sprite for Doctor Wii 2nd ? Finally, how long will the first one last ? I love the First Doctor, don't get wrong, and one of my favourite stories is "The Sensorites".

Thanks, glad you like it.

For the series? I might create my own versions, or maybe have similar ones but with my own twist to them. I'll pass that bridge when I come to it.

I haven't made a sprite for the 2nd Doctor Wii yet but I've already decided who he's going to be.

The first one will last until I've ran out of things to do with him. 2 maybe 3 seasons. Each season being 6 episodes as they usually are with my stuff.

But I guess you're more a fan of the 2nd Doctor?

I enjoy each Doctor, although not with the same preferences.
The 2nd Doctor Wii sprite was just a random question. However, I read your description of each incarnation on the full poster and you commented that Toadstool wasn't quite the best choice you made for Number 3. Any ideas to change it or are you going to keep him ? When will you'll finish the other individual posters ? Have you thought about Number 12 ?
Also, I'm not a Zelda fan (never played one game).

I've got a good idea for number 3 that I'm thinking of going with and it fits Doctor 3 nearly all the way down to a T, almost

I'll finish the other posters when I have time, I've been doing this a while and I stopped for a bit due to other projects but I hope to finish the last 4 before the year is out.

As for Doctor 12, I'm not sure who it could be. He needs to be an old, grumpy male character possibly serious but eccentric at the same time. Unfortunatly I'm running out of main series characters to compare to. I might have to go into sub characters to find one

I'd really recommend the Zelda games, especially if you're into RP fantasy types with a puzzel games thrown into the mix. The characters and creatures are imaginative with a hint of mystery. (Oddly each game or series of games seems to reboot itself from year zero and start the character of Link from scratch. Why has never been explained.)

There have been like 11 different Links through out the entire franchise and the titles that I would like to try are:
- Ocarina of Time
- Majora's Mask
Are they good ?

Some would say they are some of the most flawless examples of the series you can find.

I've played them myself and I've enjoyed them, but I also liked and would recommend Twilight Princess as well. (This was before 'Twilight' became such a dirty word lol)

Sub characters ? What are they ? NPC ?

Professor E. Gadd only appeared in both Luigi's Mansion installements and Mario and Luigi: Brothers in Time, as I recall.

The child incarnation of Link is in Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, making him a main character, being the hero.

Toadstool started in Super Mario Sunshine and has been a regular in most following games.

Mario obviously is a main character, starting so long ago and always giving such wonderful gameplays.

Tails, I put him the main list, being part of the Sonic continuity since 1992.

Robotnik, as the main villain in the Sonic franchise, has to be in the list.

Silver is my favourite Sonic character and has appeared in Sonic the Hedgehog (2006), the two Sonic Rivals games and Sonic Generations. This, for me, makes him a reccuring character.

Luigi has always followed his brother's footsteps and has managed to obtain some glory for himself and celebrated his year with a special installement with no traces of Mario. In both Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2, he becomes playable and I use him more, being my favourite Mario character. Main/reccuring.

For Solid Snake, I have absolutely no idea who he is but as your drawing shows, he must be an older version of Snake (only saw him in Super Smash Bros. Brawl)

Knuckles has begun in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic and Knuckles. Sega has included him in lots of games over 20 years. Definitely putting as main.

Sonic is Sega's mascot since 1991, replacing Alex Kidd. He has lost the console war, but his speed was what made him enduring ever since the Dreamcast's demise. He's main.

Guybrush Threepwood and Monkey Island is an unknown domain for me, so I don't know if he's important but from from the official artwork I've seen around the Internet. I'll put him as recurring/minor.

I don't understand the concept of sub characters. Are those characters who appear in one or two games or are so insignificant the player forgets about them (unless they make a big impression) after finishing the game ?

I know I've mostly put "main" and "recurring" in the list but most Mario and Sonic games I own don't evoke them. On the other hand, I do know them.

Half of your post seems to be cut off mate. You were saying something about Snake? (He's from the Metal Gear games, a series of games about stealth and infiltration.)

Sub characters are characters in a franchies who are often not part of the main series or plot, but do appear to help drive the plot along in some cases, so in that case they could be supporting characters.

E.Gadd for example, he doesn't appear much in Mario and Luigi Super Star Saga and Partners in Time but does help drive the plot even if it is behind the scenes. However you could argue that in the Luigi's Mansion series he is a main character, but in the overall Mario franchies he's more of a sub/supporting character rather than a main one.

I actually have an idea now for who to do as Doctor 12, and its someone from a game series I haven't touched upon yet
