Here we have Felicia from the fighting game "Nightwarriors: Darkstalkers". In the game and in the series, she is always... well... basically naked. I thought I'd draw her with a bit more clothing for several reasons: 1. To see what she looks like with more clothes. 2. To spite the whole nude catgirl fetish. 3. Because I don't care how much of a nudist you are, you will want clothes when you are in a winter scene like in this pic!! LOL... that third reason actually was more the excuse I use to make this picture in-character. Anyhow, hope you all enjoy this pic!Side note of minor importance: when I uploaded this pic to side7 a while back, I got this comment:
I'm an anime/game purist... (1) Felicia is a Darkstalker, the way she is was how she was born. It wasn't any sorta transformation. (2) Felicia is a cat. Unless they typically choose to, anthropomorphic cats don't wear clothes.
I have since confirmed fact 1. She was born that way. No big. But fact 2 is just ignorant. Pardon my saying so, but I think this guy was just saying that because he was upset he didn't get to see the boobs fly one more time.

I've heard the opinion that Felicia just dipilated portions of her skin to look more human...but I don't believe it. She never actually wore clothes in the anime to my knowledge...but if Morrigan can wear clothes Felica can too!

*reads your response to that guys comments and falls over laughing* I must agree, its very ignorant to assume that just because a creature is anthro means that they'll be nude. Besides, the picture is really great. It shows that you have creativity and that you can draw a character a way they aren't normally portrayed. Besides, that's what FANART is about...taking characters and drawing them in different settings, outfits, ect. If all you can do is replicate a picture as is, you may still have skill, but it takes more skill to do more than just copy what you see. Okay...I'm rambling.

Wow! Thanks for the fave! And yeah... I agree that she rocks. My fave characters in that game are Anita, Felicia and BB Hood. Oh sure, I love the robot and Pyron, but the three girls are not only lovely, but easy to get used to with the controls (Though I never got to play as Anita... and I hear there was a game with her as an unlockable character. And she really punishes).

No problemo. I've never played Darkstalkers though, but she is in Marvel vs. Capcom 2--and is imo one of the most dominant characters in that game. Even if she wasn't, she'd still own in my book.
