Here's a TF Movie Robot Replica Megatron action figure I repainted. Nothing too fancy. These Robot Replicas do benefit a bit from a little TLC in the paint department.And speaking of paints, I have to say I love Tamiya spray paints for plastic. Fantastic smooth finish. No wear on the joints. I used it on this figure and I think it's great stuff.
Spray painted with Tamiya silver, given several ink washed and finally some hand painted detailing.
The only mods I did was to cut the hands off and add pins to the wrist for better articulation.

Tamiya spray paints? Hmm. I'm considering adds some extra paint apps to RotF leader Megatron (mostly a little of rust or wash on some of the parts) so I should probably check these out.
Great work on the repaint. It really makes this little figure look good, which is a feat unto itself given the quality of many of the first RR figures.

Impressive as always.
I'd love to see you make original characters by repainting existing Transformers. You clearly could. You can't imagine how many times I've looked at my figures and wondered why they don't paint things certain ways or why it's acceptable to make obvious different parts all be the same color.
Damnit, you should find yourself a sculptor and the two of you make damn awesome toys like McFarlane did before he sold out to the green.
