In a big hidden cave in greenpath sleeps, under a huge pile of leafs and recovered by moss, an ancient and powerfull warrior forgotten by everyone...
If you talk to him he will awake and tell you that he was once a great warrior but he got stucked here and abandonned by everyone, he knows nothing of how Hallownest falled and the only thing he wants is one last and honorable fight before dying. If you accept his fight, he will unveil his wings and grab his two old nails to engage a hard an intense fight, his attacks are still really fast and since sometimes he get into the air, you can't always reach him. In counterpart of that he stills really old and sometimes he will slow down to catch his breath. In term of difffuclty i think that this fight would be equal to the Mantis Lords (my favorite fight in the game so far).
Well my first post here, i hope a couple more will follow. I'm sorry of the difference of color between the two different drawings, the one that's on the right is just here to show you what the calm form would look like. The main drawing is really the the one on the left, it has the right colors, antenaes, and is way better in overhaul. They are both made with watercolor, white pen and colored pencils.

The design of this warrior is great, I love the little details and the overgrown leaf "beard/cloak".
I find a bit sad that you would basically fight to death with him, but on the other hand I really like the idea of fulfill his last will before die doing it. It's a bit like the last will of the Nailsmith, though I didn't kill him because I knew that there were other option that I wanted to see.

Thank to buddy ^^ and yeah, it's supposed to be a bit sad but with strong emotion... but you kinda spoiled me for the nailsmith, I haven't my nailed maxed out right now but no problem, I still got the surprised of what he'll do, I'm hyped now x).

Nothing is as tragic as giving everything for those you love, yet no one cares...how was he forgotten? Surely he moved about...?

Well it's pretty true, but his story is not as tragic as this. In fact, he was a powerful warrior at the service of the king, wich gave him the mission of going in greenpath to find and kill a creature that was a real threat for the kingdom, he founded a secret room protected by a weak wall at the place the king told him to go. He entered the room of the creature and defeated it after a long and hard fight, but a powerfull slash caused some boulders to fall and block the exit, no one ever came to try to find him, and after trying to escape in vain, he abandoned and started to sleep. He wakes up a lot of time after hallownest's thanks to the knight.

If he could slay a creature that strong, how could he not bust out a few rocks?

The exit was blocked by huge boulders (like the ones from Indiana Jones for exemple) and by the creature's body

A fight with the difficulty of the Mantis Lords would be quite welcome (I really love that fight as well, THE MUSIC)

Also: Did you make these with water colours? If so, It's freakin' incredible! Really gives it a lot of character.

WOW ! thanks a lot dude you're so kind ^^. Yes i made it with watercolor (i used a wrong word in my description, my mistake) and the other things i listed, anyway thanks again x). And yeah of curse, i would freakin love to see that ! Cause i just want SO MUCH to have digital versions of these, more fitting hollow knight's graphic's style, but, as i said, my device is broken for the moment... You really made my day, THAAAANX .
