Description Yeeeeeeeeah, at times, drawing stuff like this makes me feel like I'm beating a dead horse. BUT HEY. Highly significant historical events! Besides, it's because of Grace and Tickles that the city's been getting so many new residents!Β

--------------

The birth of Tickles, the Seventh Scarlet Child. When he was born...

The enormous trauma Grace had sustained from Procedure-110 Montauk, finding out the truth of her situation, escaping the Foundation personnel, being attacked by several SCP's, and being exposed to numerous negative mind-affecting items. It had all been seemingly erased, leaving her light-headed and strangely relieved.

The Hard-to-Destroy Reptile. Shy Guy. The Sculpture. The Old Man. The Polymorphic Humanoid. The Plague Doctor. The Heart of Darkness. Able. The Foundation Task Force. Every single one of them who had been coming after her this entire time for the last 72 hours had simply...stopped. And they didn't resume their attack.

The Eccentrix could only struggle to keep themselves busy looking after the weary new mother, in the midst of gawking at the scene before them. A giant happy cloud-thing enveloping a city with its positive aura.

Something told them this wouldn't be the last time they'd see him like this.

---------------

This is also Tickles at 100% full power. And it only happens once a year!

Year round, he thrives on the happiness of others around him, absorbing it and gaining power from it. After one year of extensive exposure, or simply a big event that produces lots of happiness, he is able to return to his 100% form for a period of 24 hours.

Entire cities will feel the joy he spreads. Dangerous people and creatures cease their attacks. Wars end entirely without resuming. And...powerful magical beings whom he sticks to for long enough are gradually de-powered and even redeemed.Β

It always makes the citizens of the Eccentri-City wonder where he'll go his next birthday. Because to Tickles, it's always some place that needs happiness.

Is Grace bleeding down there?

So this only happens on his birthday?

Yes she is. It's uh...collective damage all around.
- First time, the day's Procedure.
- Second time, her encounter with the Old Man.
- Third time, an encounter with Able that delayed Tickles' birth once.
- Fourth time, a particularly nasty encounter with 682 that delayed birth again.
- And finally, giving birth.

Believe me, her situation was just one massive shit-show, which is why it's a great thing for her to be out of that huge mess. XC

And yup! Only on his birthday, but boy oh boy, he really leaves his mark on the world every time he does!

So, this is after giving birth to him? I thought it was in containment?

I can only imagine! XD

Eeeyup. This pic is what happens after Grace gives birth. After spending the last 72 hours escaping. After a mass-breach event caused a bunch of SCP's to get loose, providing her the opportunity.

A harrowing endeavor. But one that paid off.

Because this 100% form can completely quell the more powerful and malicious SCP's out there. If it worked for 682, it'll work for a heck of a lot more!

So, they're still on the site, but now nothing can stop them?

Well, lessee here...

Some of them actually fled upon seeing Tickles. Particularly the Old Man!

The Foundation managed to get some of them back into containment for the time being. But the Eccentrix managed to use this situation to their advantage, by herding a bunch of incapacitated hostile SCP's in one place, and when Tickles passed over their location again, shower them in his "Happy Aura" for an extended time.Β

These showered individuals were then taken to Eccentri-City for further action, now that they're de-aggro'd enough to work with. Saves the Foundation a lot of grief too!

would even SCP-055 the unknown anti-meme stop too?, we still don't know the identity of that thing since it censors itself.

Somehow to me, he looks like a cloud of say, "laughing gas". HEH.

Which is honestly a huge change of pace from all the horrifying creeps in that Foundation!
