NOW WHAT'S THIS? Actually a sort of scenario that suggested in the comments. Of the question...how would she react upon finding out she'd become pregnant with another one of Tickles' species.------------------------
Grace's new pregnancy had been foretold ahead of time by various agents of the Eccentri-City. Yet it was completely inexplicable to them! With Tickles, she'd gotten pregnant via thaumaturgical ritual, by a cult that wanted to end the world. Which, by the way, had been wiped out for years now.
But how could it possibly happen AGAIN? Nobody knew for certain. Neither did Grace. All they knew is that it was going to happen, whether or not they knew how or why.

When she heard about it, she had been seeing her psychiatrist, Proserpine the Cat, with a lot more frequency. Mostly because of the numerous bad memories associated with being pregnant. A horrific procedure performed every day to prevent her from giving birth. A facility full of scientists who only saw her as a means to end the world. A horde of monsters and murderous psychopaths that knew the truth of what she was pregnant with, and wanted it dead at all costs. Truth be told, the thought of conceiving a child again was scary.
However...Proserpine reminded her of one detail already shared with her. In the final day of her pregnancy whilst escaping the Foundation, Grace felt Tickles. She felt him from within her womb, comforting her. Healing her mind and body, despite being unborn. That one feeling that pushed her to keep going, no matter what new horror awaited her next.
Now is not only a matter of trusting friends and family to make this a better experience for her, but also thinking:
What would that feeling of happiness from within be like? If there was little to no negative stimulus forced on her?

Grace knew she had gotten successfully pregnant. Because ever since the first day...
...She had never felt so warm on the inside. And she couldn't stop smiling.

Nine months later...
Meet Giggles! Tickles new baby sister! Heavily inspired by this deviation right here SCP-999 and SCP-914 (Plus a new friend) by . Albeit with a bit of a different gimmick. Rather than being made of goo, she's a little ball of fluff, who looks much like a miniature cloud. And instead of tickles, she emits a mist that causes happiness, and makes people laugh. "Laughing Gas" if you will.
Give it up for this crazy family! ;w;

As to how she's getting pregnant each time?
Welllll, she has been paying the Scarlet King periodic visits, so one can only assume what goes on there.
Of course, she isn't quite prepared to find out that on her third go, she'll be carrying FOUR of the little critters.

UPDATE: The real baby daddy of Grace's Children!
- He is named A'hab. And he is one of the very few remaining original children of the Scarlet King. He and his many siblings, born under the Seventh Bride of the King, were great hunters and heroes in their time.
- However...in those ancient times, they were slaughtered to the very last. Now only a few of them remain. And he's the only one who's still sapient, and not a mindless animal.
- This is where Grace comes in. A'hab and his siblings have failed. But little does Grace know...she has the capacity to give birth to heroes. Children who can bring true peace to the land, as Tickles has. But he needs her to trust him when he says, she's the only hope he has left. He needs her help.
- And so...she accepts. She becomes pregnant, gives birth to Giggles, and possibly is slated to become pregnant again very soon!

You know, I kinda figured the Scarlet King was already long dead. Y'know, giant evil demon that wants to destroy all of creation? Who got accidentally killed by Tickles? XD
If anything...she might be paying visits to one of his few remaining original children, from ancient times. The one who rebelled against him. Whoever he is...his genes can pretty much guarantee her child WILL be an adorable happiness monster each time. XD

As of now, I'm still discussing with CaptainPrower the circumstances of her second pregnancy. Although this pic does pretty much state for sure that it DOES happen, and a new happiness-inducing critter is born into this world.

You mean Narcissus? It's likely he actually he ISN'T the one who got her pregnant. At least I don't think so.
In fact, I actually hadn't thought the exact details of the conception itself, since I think CaptainPrower has something planned. Or at least, an idea, since he ran it by me. 
But yes. Regardless of how it happens...it does equal cute cotton candy.

She gets adopted in by one of Geno-the-Slakoth's characters, Chlois, but definitely another kind soul who'd love to meet this little ball of fluff. ^^
