Oh man alive, do I love how THIS turned out. XD

Another gift art for my regular customer , these are his two charries with rubber powers! While the description said they "fell into rubber chemicals", I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume that they probably possess a kind of superpower plasmid which allows for the stretchiness of their own skin. You know how other plasmids give you the ability to shoot lightning, or telekinesis? This one makes you SUPER stretchy, as is partly seen here. Able to stretch, and also float via using themselves as balloons that are far too stretchy to be popped. Not only this, but they can blow themselves up like inflatable figures, and make themselves MUCH bigger than normal Mobians. Fully stretched out, they're 50 feet tall. Right now, they're just at 20 feet tall, but they can stretch in or out however they need to!

These two are friendly rivals, often using their powers for the sake of fighting crime or saving the city, as is usual business for a superhero. Although Katrina and Suetta are always trying to find a way to out-do each other, as a kind of way to have fun while saving the city! Y'know, prime Eccentrix material!

Like many of the more giant Eccentrix members, they'd probably be guests to the Giant's ward in the outer rim of the city. That one area which is particularly spacious specifically for particilarly huge patrons to the city.
