Cosmic/Chaos
C-Type Entry: Chaotex is a Pokemon that can create more copies of itself. It scatters its copies throughout the universe, with which to suck almost any living being into the worlds of alien Eldritch entities. They seem to enjoy the fear of their victims.
S-Type Entry: Chaotex is one of the few Pokemon existing that are truly capable of evil. They deliberately transport people and Pokemon to places where they will be exposed to cosmic horror. For this, it was banished from this plane of reality.
M-Type Entry: Chaotex have their individual selves contained within the white crystals floating about on their bodies. What appear to be faces are actually the faces of other Eldritch Entities peering through, and constantly change at a whim.

Is cosmic type based on like the electromagnetic spectrum or something(you know radiation would work for that)

Well it mostly has to do with general spatial phenomena, which yes, the electromagnetic spectrum covers a lot of. Like supernovas, comets, black hole radiation and whatnot!
