GONNA POST INFO TOMORROW. Need to sleep for now. XDIf you have suggestions for Pokedex entries, please share below, otherwise leave it to me to finish tomorrow! After all, I'm up WAY too late to be doing this!
Hoolooblue
The Blue Pokemon
Light/Psychic
C-Type Entry: Hoolooblue are super-intelligent shades of blue that can exist anywhere there is visible light. However, they are invisible and incorporeal until they are refracted through a prism.
S-Type Entry: Hoolooblue view prisms as their equivalent of clothes. Upon being refracted with the prism, their appearance shifts to look more plain or more ornate, so wealthy, high-status Hoolooblue refract themselves through a faceted prism.
M-Type Entry: Hoolooblue are highly contemplative individuals, if not somewhat cynical from knowing so much about the universe around them. They display their dissatisfaction by holding their breath until they turn purple, which is a color they associate with anger.
NOTE: Idea by , inspired by the Hooloovoo from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy! They're supposed to be a living shade of blue, so that's why a prism block appears to be projecting it as such.

all Evangelion angels including Kaworu in a less humanoid form, and it includes unused angels (serch "eva extracanonical mecha" on google, there is a list of unused angels there).
