I didn't think I was every gonna do stuff like this again! XD

So basically I wanted to draw a big bunch of Eccentri-City citizens. Paper's only so big and you can only fit so much in there! So naturally, after hitting an art block, I eventually decided on Yu-Gi-Oh monsters. Pretty much using the excuse that their "day job" is being summoner monsters for a master specializing in Summoning Magic. Said monsters making contracts to keep things fair.

And OUTSIDE of work, they usually either bum around in their home realm, or come to the Eccentri-City for vacations! A few of them even decided to live here instead, or perhaps even get their masters to live here. Being part of the Eccentri-City's fighting force has plenty of perks, especially the high income, and that there's enough members in the Force to ensure that no one person has to spend excessive amounts of time fighting.

Y'know, so the world's fate doesn't have to rest on the shoulders of a tiny group of people. Way to make world-saving a business transaction guys. XD ANYWHO, all of the above are within the Mage District, having some sort of magic power at their disposal.

MEMBERS INCLUDED:

Sangan - A demonic fiend with an affinity towards Fel Magic (aka demonic magic). Sangan is quite surprised as it is to see the good press that demons, necromancers, vampires, and the ilk get among the Eccentri-City. Sangan isn't entirely evil, although he has made quite a living tempting these people over to darkness with the promise of power, riches and other stuff they want out of life. Gaining power from entities as more people fall to their influence. In fact, he was put into jail when he was caught by the Eccentri-City, accused of what is essentially demonic pimping. He was about to try doing it again, only to realize that people are starting to lose their need for his "services". Seeing that he was basically on community service duty, he instead opted for missions, and lawyering on the side. You'd be surprised at what a shrewd lawyer this guy can be too.

Feyette the Ancient Faerie Dragon - An astoundingly beautiful dragoness with butterfly-ish wings, and an affinity towards Nature Magic. In combat, she takes on a very mystical, Celtic Fairy-ish kind of vibe, calling upon the powers of nature and the Seelie Court to do her master's bidding. Out of combat? Well....these days she isn't nearly that magical and mysterious. Considered wildly beautiful and desirable by other dragons. Not settling for one mate, so as to continuously have flings with any number of different partners. Sometimes featuring in magazines or on TV. For a while having lived under the philosophy "I can do anything I wish, because I am beautiful!" Only becoming SOMEWHAT more humble with Helena's help, but still enjoys makeovers, online gaming and visits to red-light districts nonetheless. She figures, just because she's ancient doesn't mean she HAS to adhere with outdated traditions and practices.

Kawthar the Water Dragon - A rather normal-looking giant blue snake which is surrounded by torrents of rushing water, making it appear almost as if it were made of water. Kawthar is probably one of the most aggressive and fighty people among the Mage District. Almost TOO eager to sink his fangs into someone, he's extremely powerful, although extremely reckless too. To be fair, that water coat does a lot to shield him from damage, is pressurized enough to let him effectively drill through the environment, and his water spells are almost frightfully strong. He's just not good at identifying when he's entering a battle he can't win. I.e. his water is full of minerals, so an electric shock can knock him out in one hit. Kawthar is very often sent out for missions, if only to calm his unusually belligerent demeanor.

Private Gunrunner - A diligent, courageous Rocket Warrior with an affinity towards Fire Magic. Well, aside from folding up his components to become a rocket, bearing a shield and a sword. Doesn't really explode, as much as have an outburst of fiery magic, so it might as well be. But anyway, Private Gunrunner is a....rather disciplined individual, like a military soldier. He is all about keeping up with protocol, attending to duties, and not screwing around whatsoever when he's on a mission. He does admit he DOES take himself a bit too seriously, but prefers to think that there's a time and place for everything. Missions and battlefields being the time and place to do what you have to do, and save the festivities for later.

Xanthas the Mystic - A beautiful blue Mystic Elf girl with an affinity towards Holy Magic. She doesn't do offense as well as she does defense, healing, and support. Basically like a Priest in an MMORPG. Truth of the matter is she worships a pantheon of Egyptian Gods, and gains her power from them. Appeasing them with offerings, ritual dances, the occasional mummified animal, and has been pregnant with a few babies back in her homeland which were given to the priest community upon birth, to be brought up as new members of the Egyptian cult. Needless to say, she is very much in favor with the gods, and therefore does her best to repay them for her power, by bringing order and peace to the world for her godly masters.

Luxor Ra - A large floating Pyramid of Light with an affinity towards Light Magic. It's one entity, but it seems to act as if it were hundreds of different people. Specifically, this pyramid seems to be a carrier, for some sort of golden cube that it beams down to interact with smaller people. This cube has a variety of highly different personalities which express themselves through different voices. It's quite logical to say that perhaps this cube contains the souls of hundreds of different people, who were perhaps buried in that pyramid. Now they exist together, working together to put to rest the evil that made them awaken from their sleep. Specifically, the evil of some of their former gods. Now, Luxor Ra altogether has a curious ability to destroy or obstruct divine influences. Meaning that any godlike being, benevolent or malevolent, cannot do anything to affect the people or environment around the pyramid's radius. The Eccentri-City's one of the few places to accept an entity that can block out the influences of gods.
