Description BEHOLD! A sprite sheet of new enemy ideas for the Binding of Isaac Rebirth (or Afterbirth, however you want to view it). There's a lot of stuff here so let's get right down to it.

Enemy 1.) Silenced Oob.
To the top left corner are 4 sprite frames for a new variant of the Oob enemy. The Silenced Oob has attacks similar to the normal Oob but more evolved. When he charges he flashes a bright light which makes him impervious to damage until he finishes his charge. He also charges across the room twice rather than once. Instead of summoning brains he tenses and summons dozens of light beams to randomly flood the room similar to one of Conquest's attacks. He's found in the Dark Room and Cathedral and has 120 HP.

Enemy 2.) Pectus.
Right of the Silenced Oob is a giant, fleshy monstrosity called the Pectus. It slides around ocationally spewing blood shots in random directions which bounce off the walls and last a long amount of time before they fall to the ground. When Isaac lines up either horizontally or vertically to it, the Pectus will rush towards him, leaving behind a lot of red creep and destroying any rocks in it's path. Upon death it spawns 2 Guts and 1 Nerve Ending. The Pectus is found in Necropolis, The Womb, Utero, Scarred Womb, The Chest and Sheol and has 80 HP.

Enemy 3.) Abscess and Walking Abscess.
(Right of the Pectus) The Abscess is a yellow tinted variant of the Boil found in The Depths, Necropolis, Dank Depths, Womb, Utero and Scarred Womb. It shoots short ranged pee shots at Isaac which leave behind small trails of yellow creep. When killed they leaves behind yellow creep. The walking variant also has the advantage of leaving behind yellow creep where it walks. Normal Abscesses can also be found next to Peep in his boss fight.

Enemy 4.) Scarred Gaper.
(Right of the Abscess) Found in The Womb, Utero and Scarred Womb, these guys quickly pace towards you while leaving behind a trail of Red creep. Every few seconds they'll do a quick leap towards Isaac similar to a Trite which can really catch you off guard. They have 35 HP.

Enemy 5.) Linger.
(Below the Pectus, Abscess and Scarred Gaper) Lingers are found in Sheol and the Dark Room. They are shadow figures that appear to be impaled on an upside-down floating spike. They slowly move around the room and either scream 5 long lasting homing shots at Isaac which also bounce off the walls like Rubber tears or they disappear and then seconds later attempt to crash down on top of Isaac's position and shoot rubble at him upon impact. They have 100 HP.

Enemy 6.) Cold.
(Right of the Scarred Gaper) Colds act like Gapers and pace towards Isaac. They have only 1 HP but have a Holy Mantle-like shield that prevents them from taking the first blow. They then flash for a few seconds in pure invincibility before they can then be killed. This wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that they spawn in pacts and can swarm the player while he's forced to wait helplessly for their invincibility to run out. They're found in Sheol, The Dark Room and the Chest.

Enemy 7.) Walking Grimece.
(Right of the Linger enemy) Walking Grimeces are walking versions of the Stone Grimece. Instead of shooting at the player though they slowly pace towards him to deal contact damage. They are invincible but fall asleep and turn harmless once the room is cleared of enemies. They're found in The Depths, Necropolis, Dank Depths and Sheol.

Enemy 8.) Dry Grimece.
(Right of the Walking Grimece) A tuffer version of the Walking Grimece found only in Sheol. It walks faster and upon attacking it the enemy pauses to inflict a Necronomicon effect on Isaac similar to how Dry Baby works. They must be taken with extreme caution in this case. If the player has 1 of the following items however he becomes immune to the Necronomicon effect: Dry baby, Fart Baby, Skeleton Key, Host Hat, The Necronomicon.

Enemy 9.) Seeker.
(Below the Dry Grimece) Seekers are ghost-like enemies that float towards Isaac to deal contact damage. They're found in The Depths, Necropolis, Dank Depths, Sheol and The Dark Room and have 56 HP. When their health depletes they fall to the ground only to get back up again unless the room is cleared of enemies and any other Seekers in the room are down at the same time. In rooms containing multiple Seekers it can be very challenging to get all of them incapacitated simultaneously seeing how much health they have and their speed.

Enemy 10.) Heavy Fly.
(Left of the Seeker enemy) Heavy Flies are found in the Caves, Catacombs, Flooded Caves and Sheol. They behave similar to Level 2 Flies but occationally stop to smash into the ground and cause a ring of rubble around them similar to Roundies. They have 18 HP.

Enemy 11.) Mad Worm.
(Below the Seeker) Mad Worms and large, brutish worm enemies found in the Caves, Catacombs, Flooded Caves, The Depths, Necropolis and Dank Depths. They slowly move around the room randomly. They attack by listing their heads, revealing their mouths and firing 2 Ipecac shots at Isaac before crashing their heads back down and causing a small ring of rubble around themselves. They have 60 HP making them rather tuff considering what floors they're found on.
