Description So... here's more of this.

Enemy 1.) Lobel.
Taking up the majority of the sprite sheet is this large, lumbering, blue fleshy, yellow veined... THING. These guys, found in Sheol, The Chest and rarely inside one of the Treasure rooms located in Blue Womb, are brutal TANKS! They hover towards you like Oobs and attack by either shooting a ray of insanely rapid fire bullets at you for a few seconds or rapidly firing 5 Ipecac shots at the player. All of the Lobel's projectiles are blue tinted and so is the slowing creep it leaves behind. Yes, the Lobel also leaves a trail of slowing, blue creep where it floats as well as cause large puddles of the stuff to appear upon impact of one of his Ipecac shots. They have 100 HP.

Enemy 2.) Carcinoma.
A red tinted variant of the Tumor enemy. It's only found in Chapter 4. It behaves similar to a normal Tumor but instead of shooting 6 projectiles OUTward it spawns 6 projectiles far away from itself before immediately drawing them in like a suction. It's basically a reverse Tumor. It also leaves behind red creep where it goes. They have 30 HP

Enemey 3.) Cleavage.
Just right of the Carcinoma is the Cleavage, an alternation of the Embryo enemy. It acts identical to it but also leaves behind short lasting red creep where it lands each time it hops. They have a small chance of replacing normal Embryos and are naturally found in The Womb, Utero, Scarred Womb and The Chest. Upon death they spawn a thing called a "Zygote". Seen just next to the Cleavage's head spite is the Zygote. These small, quick-like enemies chance you down relentlessly but only have 5 HP. They leave behind red creep where they travel which is small but long lasting. Because of their size they can be hard to notice (especially in the Womb) and also slightly hard to hit.

Enemy 4.) Drekavac.
That red thing jittering it's head about may look kinda "What the F**k" in a hilarious sort of way but beleive me when I say, these guys are no joke. Found in Sheol, Dark Room and The Chest, these spawns of hell chase you down at the speed of a Gazing Globin and upon taking damage they fire Brimstone lasers at you. Like Tumors, the quicker they take damage the quicker they attack. Upon death they burst into 8 Azazel Brimstone shots and rarely spawn a "Beheaded". Beheadeds are basically Drekavacs without heads that wonder around aimlessly like Pacers but on occation fire small Brimstone lasers in random directions. Interestingly, I researched that "Drekavac" was actually a mythological demon made from the souls of children who died before being baptized, how fitting? Lastly, Drekavacs have 80 HP while Beheadeds have 30 HP.

Enemy 5.) Psy Drekavac.
If you think normal Drekavacs are hardcore, these purple tinted versions of them ONLY found in Dark Room shoot "Homing" Brimstone lasers instead. They don't spawn Beheades upon death however, so there's some good news. They have 80 HP just like normal Drekavacs.

Enemy 6.) Half Horf.
Last on the second row is the Half Horf. They appear split in half. If Isaac stands on the side of the room where the non-severed side of the Half Horf faces then it will just fire normal blood shots at Isaac like a regular Horf. However, standing on the side of the room where the severed side faces will allow the Half Horf to fire a barrage of blood shots in wide-cone formation, and rapidly too! There are two variants that face different sides, so long as you stay on the side with the normal face these guys are easy. They have 30 HP and are found in The Caves, Catacombs, Flooded Caves, Depths, Necropolis, Dank Depths and Sheol.

Enemy 7.) Splitter.
At the bottom left of the sprite sheet is the Splitter, a depressed version of the Frowning Gaper. They pace towards the player like normal Gapers, baring 20 HP. When killed however they "split" into both Half Horfs and a Pacer/Gusher. They're found in The Depths, Necropolis, Dank Depths and Sheol.

Enemy 8.) Umm.
Umms are Gapers with holes instead of faces. They act like knights and pace around the room in straight lines, though they won't attempt to persue the player upon lining up with them. Their holes prevent them from taking damage from Isaac's tears from the back and front as they'll just go right through them (unless with Brimstone, Ludovico Technique, Tech X and The Chaos Card). They must there-for be attacked on their side. They have 10 HP and are found in The Basement, Cellar, Burning Basement, Caves, and Catacombs.

Now as for those other two, they're no actually enemies. Firstly, the happy robot with the rainbow on one side of his face is called Vis who I drew a few uploads ago aswell as made a pixel animation for. The figure beneath him however is something I called a "Volt Beggar" who is like a normal Beggar but requires charges from your usable item. In return he gives Hearts, Soul hearts, Black Hearts, Golden Hearts (if unlocked) and rarely items from the Item Room pool 'without' despawning. Eventually he gives a special battery item as well as grant full charge to whatever your usable item is and then disappears like a normal Beggar.
