Description
Full view of the Theropod piece posted earlier...Style inspired by works of ~demonpuppy.
4 large Theropods fighting over a kill.
From left: Tyrannosaurus, Giganotosaurus, Torvosaurus, Ekrixinatosaurus.
All of them possible contenders for the 2nd largest Theropod.
Dun tink anyone would b stealing no. 1 spot frm Spinosaurus any time soon...
After museum-hopping during winter break and observing several theropod fossils, I realise that Tyrannosaurus probably kick the most ass..... Giganotosaurus just doesn't look as robust n strong, feels more fragile....
Revision: Swapped out the Carcharodontosaurus for a Ekrixinatosaurus. Edited the head of Giganotosaurus based on Scott Hartman's and Greg Paul's updated skeletals. Touched up the picture and added some details.

Giga: [To T-Rex] Ey you little sabretooth! Get your paws off my kill or I'll beat you up using every bit of strength I have, while your kind is mostly speed.
T-Rex: [shocked] Yo hey. You didn't have to threaten me. I'll wait!

Hahaha, I'm pretty sure Rex can go toe to toe with Big-G though.

Perhaps. But the look on the Giga's face is of aggravation. T-Rex may be a speeddemon, but it's not as strong in tackling sauropods as Giga.

Actually its known that tyrannosaurus was incredibly robust compared to giganotosaurus, decides you don't use strength to handle sauropods, you use hit-and-run, sense sauropods are way to big to fight head on (Or at least the ones around them) Decides rex was handling triceratops and ankylosauurus who you do need massive amounts of strength to bring down.

Understandable. Still, Giga and T-Rex had one weapon in common: terror.

No way! T-rex fought Alamosaurus. He can beat Giga easy, then proceed toΒ trounce Torvo and EkrixΒ with a little more work.

Lately I've heard some interesting weight estimates for the 3 more well known here. Mostly, Carchara at only 3 tonnes...odd.

Gigs has occasionally been put anywhere between 5 and 7, and T. rex has been up to 8.
