Yep. Both are awesome in their own way.
Just that people normally compare them by means of a versus battle.
In that case, Tyrannosaurus will probably win.
On the other hand, if we were to compare by size of prey then Giganotosaurus wins hands down.

Arms are proportionate to the body. Look again at a Giganotosaurus skeleton and you will realize its arms are rather small compared to the body.

I was following the proportions from its fossils. The arms shown are pretty puny.
