There are a few ways to fill it out. You can use photo editing programs like Photoshop, Firealpaca (which is free), MS Paint, etc. You can also print it out and fill it in that way, and then scan it back into your computer or take a photo of it to submit to DA.

Does your character have to be and look like a young adult? I'm only asking because I've seen some people enroll OCs that are 15 or so and it just so happens that mine is actually 14. Will this be a problem?

14 is okay. We haven't had anyone younger than 13, so that's the unofficial cutoff.

Alright. Also, one last question, but when it comes to room mates, does some get assigned room mates or could you just go around and ask if a character of someone's can be a room mate for your character?

Room mates is up to you and other group members. We thought it would be more fun that way. Especially if people have multiple OCs and want them to room together.

Done. Are there any guidelines for the profile picture? Like dress code? I drew my character wearing a TMNT-U v-neck with no sleeves. Is that allowed? And where do I submit the completed form? And can I include weapons if they're either on his back or small in his hand?

The dress code is pretty loose. I find letting people customize the outfit for their OC is more fun. The only real requirement is the green vest/sweater/tee shirt and the TMNT-U broach. You are free to pose your character and include any weapons you like in the profile picture.
To submit to the group, just go to the gallery and click on the "submit to this gallery" button. Make sure it's set for the enrollment folder and select the deviation from your gallery.

Yes, there is a broach. It was originally a patch, but some students use it as a broach.
The green, sleeveless V-neck would be classified as a vest, so that is absolutely allowed. Since this is just the profile picture for the enrollment form, we tend to allow the character to wear anything, but what you're describing would not be counted as a uniform and instead would be considered a TMNT-U souvenir vest of sorts. So, for later events and activities make sure your character is in uniform when they need to be. There is a rules and references folder in the group's gallery that has more information on the school uniforms.

Thank you. One more thing. I can't figure out how to put the picture on the enrollment form. I have everything else figured out, but nothing I try will work. Firealpaca doesn't work well with pictures, Paint makes it REALLY pixelated, and editing photos does nothing.

Done. I couldn't link the group in the enrollment sheet because I already uploaded it, but I linked the group in the full-body shot of my OC. If you don't mind, could you take a look at it and tell me what you think? I worked really hard on the design. And I'm proud of how the logo turned out.

That's alright because the enrollment form went into the group. You can edit deviations after they've been posted , but I wouldn't worry about it for this one.
I already saw it when I accepted it into the group and I just popped over to check out the full body pic. I think you did a really great job. The drawing turned out amazing and the coloring is very nice work.

Can I include some of the other characters in it? I know they're the staff, but still, do you think I could add some canon characters? I have an idea for a unique holiday tradition. And it would be related to TMNT-U.

That's absolutely fine. Just make sure if you use any of the canon characters who are listed as staff in the group, that they are represented as the school staff.

The not making them looked aged down rule is mainly to deter people from drawing them in student uniforms rather than staff uniforms. And when people write stories, they can't be written as students. I'm complicating things more than I need to. Sorry about that. Most of the time the staff still act like themselves, so they don't always need to be perceived as staff, but they can never be perceived as students. Does that make sense?

Thanks! I only wished I could've taken a clearer picture. My computer did a factory reset and caused some stuff to change. I had to edit the picture using the phone I used to take the picture, and that didn't really do well. It worked a little better for my Jeff the Killer drawing, though.
