You don't need to enroll every year, so if you enroll now, it will still count for the next year. It's the member's choice to resubmit enrollment forms each year if they want to update it. You can wait if you'd like, though.

Does it still say that? Darn, I thought I changed it. I made this for the group in 2014, but when 2015 came around I saw no point in making a new one, since it would have all the same info. It's now used as enrollment for any year.

What is the age limit for oc's?

We prefer them to be older for the University theme, but the minimal age is 13. You can up your OCs age for this group (as I did with my girls). And there is also exceptions, such as clones, who would technically be quite young. In this case, though, you could put down their mental age.
