Description
I dont think i mentioned this to anyone but for the past year and a half ive been working on my biggest video yet, this clip alone has been taking ages, months of (inconsistant) work for a 5 second clip hahahaAlmost ready for render, a 5 second clip taking months to do, ahahahaa
Looks so monolithic, gonna be a mission masking/rotoscoping it out

Welcome to the life of animation creators... IT takes a long time to create movies and videos with tech like the ones you have. Looks really good so far cant wait to see it once its done.

Looks insane man, could never get the hang of 3ds MAX, but I will eventually. I'm guessing you motioned tracked the video, what software did you use to do that?

after effects, i used to use boujou, then moved to syntheyes, then foundry camera tracker, and now adobe after effects native tracker, seems like the best and most acurate one with least bugs

Yeah I used to use Boujou, but there was always 2 or more frames that failed to track and ruined the whole thing for me so I decided against it. Haven't tried After effects native tracker yet, might have to give it a go, I'm guessing it is a new feature in the Adobe CC collection?

i dont remember when it came, i think cs6? i use cs6 for after effects, cc 2014 for photoshop, its not called native tracked, its just literally adobe after effects tracker, its built in with it, and its the best one ive used, so straight forward

Probably CS6, I've got CS5 but literally downloading Master collection of CC now (fully legally obviously). I hope it's as good as you say, hopefully can export the tracking points to Cinema 4D.

Just been having a look and I think Adobe are working alongside Maxon because after effects has some features with Cinema 4D in the name and I was able to transfer the camera solve with no issues. Thanks for your help buddy.
