In the file with all the brushes,you see start-sai right? open the folder you put sai.exe in and drag start-sai in there.

this is an amazing tutorial c:. but i have one problem, when i check my folders, Start-Sai isn't there, i don't think i had it with me to begin with. :c, any help?

I think I included it in some of my brush/texture packs (I know it's in SAI Brushes 2) [link]

but i've gotten a lot of people who don't have it/can't get it to work. It has to do with version differences, i think. Sorry i can't help you more! I don't know too much about technical things - i just make the brushes.
