I love Halloween. It's arguably if not definitely the most fun time of the year in terms of aesthetics and vibes. I love how it can be morbid and macabre but still fun. I'm most fond of Halloween's more campy, colorful side.

With all that in mind, I always feel an urge to make some fun art for the season when it rolls around, and this year is no different. Here are some preliminary sketches of my primary spooky time muse, DJ Deadbeat!

I plan to expand more on him when I make a more finished piece, but I wanted to share some of my concept art and notes for the guy first. Besides, after having not posted for - IT'S BEEN THREE YEARS WHAT THE FU - I felt that something more casual would be a good way to break the ice again.
