"Kept you waiting, huh?" -A version of Snake, one of the trailers for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

Well, it's been a while since I posted. Possibly a month, in fact. Almost a whole month without checking my DeviantArt notifications, drawing, or doing any real work on that webcomic that I mentioned once. I'll have more to say about all that in the future, but let's not dwell on that for now.

The contexts for both of these are a little unorthodox. The drawing on the right, that being the Brick Boi, was inspired by the red LEGO brick minifigure from LEGO Minifigures series 18. I got said minifigure when I got a few bags from that series and decided to draw a version of it because I really liked the way that it looked. The design on the right has a very different story behind it. I wanted to draw a random character design of some sort with a small, square torso, long arms, and large, almost triangular legs. I came up with the rest of the design as I went along. The initial idea behind it was to make a female design that comically exaggerated those character designs with rather small torsos and ridiculously long legs. Granted, the result isn't completely feminine looking, but I'm still happy with it.

Any and all constructive criticism is strongly appreciated.
