Even if it's not a tutorial, it is very helpful. Shadows are hard to understand without practice, so it's hard to make an actual how-to for them. Also, very few people are the kind of colourblind where they can't see ANY colour. Most only mix up red and green, and your guide has neither. Besides, the blue is much darker than the yellow

Maybe some time in the future. But like I say at the bottom of this one, look at reference pics, in the mirror etc. That's the best way to learn.
