I just realized that he is pulling a Madara and is probably using nature energy to make him sensitive to what's going on around him to fight with his eyes closed. That or this is just a puppet that he is controlling from a distance.

Really, why do you think that? I would like to hear your thoughts on that because honestly until I saw her filler, I never like Karin's character and I always thought Sasuke was going to hook up with some random girl off-screen like Jotaro did because none of the girls in the series seemed to even have his respect, not even Sakura.

I think Karin's loud personality is a funny contrast to Sasuke's usual calm behaviour.
She loves Sasuke and wants him to be happy and also, it's shown that he cares about her. For example when he saves her from the black flames during the fight with the 8 tails.
In my opinion they could have been a good couple.

Have you ever considered hooking him up with Hinata. Now that is a contrast. They are practically opposites in every way, but at the same time they are just so similar. They got this yin yang thing going on and since there is plenty of room for their relationship to grow since they didn't really interact with each other at all in the series, but if Choji can hook up with Karui anything is possible.
