Hey,
Just wanted to say that I am loving your rendition. Like many I too was very disappointed by the ending of Naruto and it felt more like they pandered to the pairings fans rather than the Naruto fans in general. It felt like they betrayed the characters at their core just so "Hinata can get her way" and the fact that they made a movie focus solely on Hinata and not say Team 7 or Naruto himself is very telling. I was watching as even the Japanese fanbase felt cheated especially when most didn't even like Hinata. It's funny what a fanbase can do to just ruin a good thing sometimes. I will never understand why Kishimoto felt like pandering to one sided fanbase and telling us that Sakura is a terrible woman, Sasuke is a bad person, and apparently the only "bond" Naruto had was Hinata. Especially when the movie just kept retconing so many scenes to make Hinata look more important.
I am glad to see there are some that are willing to make their own story. As far as I am concerned, this is my canon. So I want to thank you. I wait very eagerly for the next release. Not to pressure you or anything, but just to say that I am always excited to read the next page. Keep up the good work and can't wait to see how this all plays out.
