It's as if the echo and narcissus photographs tell a story, but I'm sure it's not how it was meant to work out. The last photograph in the series is Chance with the white angora blanket, alone.

Amazing observation. I hadn't thought of that at all. Wow! We could however have a happier ending if we put Chance in the White Angora Blanket at the beginning of the series, right?
Little William is here now and I'm looking forward to photographing him with his mom and dad. I crocheted him a little beanie cap from cashmere so of course I have to have a picture of him in it. Modeling for Tom Clark is a family affair for Robin, Chance and Will.

Fantastic! And yes, Chance with the blanket would be better at the beginning; even though the photo has a sense of closure to it.

Yes, I totally agree, it does feel more like an ending than a beginning. I love the sense of isolation in it - but it's a graceful and elegant aloneness that to me anyway feels resigned and at peace. And on another note it certainly does have a kind of iconic sense of Utah because of the arch. But it's expressed in a very personal way.
