Beautiful. It is difficult to capture the raw emotion of the male.

Thank you. His emotions were real - I just had to be sensitive to the moment and ready with my camera.

You're right - this is as much a part of who we are as a smile.

So sorry he was in such grief. Such is life. We laugh (if we are lucky) and we cry (if we are able).

I love this: "We laugh if we are lucky and we cry if we are able." What amazingly insightful thoughts. I'm going to be enjoying those words for a long long time. Thank you for sharing them.

I cry, and laugh, freely and easily. For years I was afraid to cry, thinking the tears would never stop.
Now both are old friends of mine.
Interesting thing is, I found a guy who still can't cry. I've told him over and over, whenever he's ready to cry, I'll be right here.

Thank you. You're looking at the real deal here. Kiel's heart had been broken and his grief came pouring out while we worked that day.

The experience of shooting that day was cathartic and healing for Kiel. I hope that he's regained his footing and found some peace.

Indeed he's in my prayers, and with your vision for settings and poses one can see there are greater things around us than what life tries to through at us!

This is actually Kiel. He and Duma have a very similiar look and body type for sure. And Duma is fine. Kiel? The tears are real. Very very real.
