Another wild cookie-cutter enemy has appeared. This time, it is a werewolf. Here, Yin-Yang the Siberian Husky, the team's karate blackbelt, is seen performing a flying kick on an unfortunate werewolf in downtown Howling Bay. Guess a foaming mouth, a coat of matted, unkempt fur, muscles, and enlarged teeth and claws are no match for a relatively modern martial art after all.

One particular challenge for this piece was getting down the flying kick pose, which led me through several different references until I found this one. Other than that, nothing in particular stood out. Took some time deciding on the background, then actually drawing it. This is 5 out of 6 characters, and I'm excited to start on the last one!

For those of you out of the loop, Digidogs is the working title for my upcoming project, which is a Road Rovers spiritual successor in which six students of Howling Bay High School transform into anthropomorphic, canid superheroes, with the aid of a specially made sports watch, to fight crime in the city of Howling Bay and abroad. I plan on this to be a comic/graphic novel series chronicling their misadventures.
