EDIT: I still have access to PS, so I can post more art!
Yeah, I had to follow through with the last drawing I made with this gut-wrenching scene.
I'm sure for many of us, this was our introduction to the concept of death, and while Bambi's mom's death was sad, we didn't really connect with her (I could be wrong; feel free to let me know). But with Mufasa, we got to see what he was like: a caring father with some family issues, but was also strong, passionate and would do anything to save who he loves, even if meant losing his life. At least he kept his promise to Simba that he'd be watching him when his time came.
Also, this might be my last Photoshop drawing I make, since my college's subscription is gonna end by the end of this week, so back to pencil crayons for me (though that's not a bother).
Nonetheless, enjoy. (I'll get the tissues.)
