God forbid a layout slightly resembles another as if you were totally trying to duplicate it
IMO this layout has much more depth and style than flashlevel and stands apart in it's own merits as a very detailed yet easy to navigate interface.
I really love the texture work on the sides with the smooth blending gradients in the middle. You also did a much better job with the 3D aspect even warping your portfolio to match, curious why you didn't warp the buttons on the top right though to match.
Still this is top notch work

Hi tecwzrd thanks for the comment, yes the buttons I kind of stopped before making the buttons to blend with the shape of the interface, I jumped onto making another interface you see, but rest assured ill finish this off some time

very cool layout and design tony but it's extremely similar to a site i have seen before , still fuck em , i still love it

It looks inspired by flashlevel , but its certainly not a direct copy. About the only really similar elements are the side area's , big deal. Learn from the best thats what i say.
What i find funny about your comments orangeplusone , is that your site design here [link] is a layout style i've seen 1000's of times before , the old WinXP design. Should we now come and spam your comments with links to sites similar to your un-original design ?
