Hello. I noticed you requested a critique, so...here I am!
Please note that everything I say is to help you improve and grow as an artist.
I will also only be grading your art and not the descriptions.
So! First off, I'd like to say that your coloring is very nice.
Second, I feel someone needs to say that if she did not have breasts, I would believe that Fallon was a man.
There are a few reasons for this:
1. The arms are very thick & muscular.
2. The transition between shoulder and arm also highlights muscularity and masculinity.
3. She has no hips. Most of a girl's fat goes to her hips, even if she is part fish. Your hips should be AT LEAST the width of your shoulders.
Her tail is also disproportionate, anatomically speaking. It should be 4/3rds the length of her torso.
I like the way you drew her hair, making it a bit 'floaty' however, I really think it would look better if you started doing this earlier, more towards the roots too, to really make it look as though she is under water.
