Happy sparkles on the outside aren't always a sign that there are happy sparkles in the inside...I went with a similar color scheme to my last pic tora-blue.deviantart.com/art/Pā¦ , but included a little orange and purple to sway the mood a little and make it more melancholy. Still couldn't resist the sparkles though ^w^
This guy is called Blue and (hopefully you can tell) has a little bit of peacock in him - whether he likes it or not :3
