Description
I went to the coast last week and was inspired by the beautiful turquoise highlights in the sea, so I created this; my sparkly mermaid with seashell earmuffs... (well it was a little chilly) ^w^I think I'll call her Pearl :3

I really love the way you have outlined the colour, it makes the whole character feel more shiny
and more submerged into the glistening background
It hos you have been paying attention to detail just be looking at the face alone
you can see all of the textures on her nose and the lines on her lips
