i decided that my previous drawing of Saber wasn't good enough so i decided to draw a better one. i don't really like her hair, the top looks awkward. and i just realized i forgot her hair flicks. great. oh well.yes, only the outline of the gun. i can't draw guns.
inspiration: meh.

I don't know. Sometimes I accidentally make characters that look like other characters, but if I find out they look like other characters I don't use them.

It's funny how you don't like her hair, when I think it's the best part of the picture! Well, that and her face. 
I think this is probably my favorite out of all the pictures I've seen you draw in a really long time! ^^

the rifle needs different shades of shadows to show the different parts, or some lines would help... try adding a shadow below the character too. other than that, this is pretty good~

no. i can't draw weapons. that's why i did that. i'm not dumb, i know it needs that. and i tried adding a shadow, but it didn't work.

Well like all your drawings you always do a good job in drawing, colored and shading your characters.
But it would been better if you have draw in the details of the weapon.

Whether you care about drawing weapons or not it's still part of the artsyle of anime/manga. If your going to draw an combat-type OCs then you going to have to draw their weapon anyway.
And designing a weapon takes as much effort as designing a OC, because it's something that's has to fit the style and personality of the character.
