This is really amazing, I am currently writing a fantasy novel, and I'd love to use this model as the capital (very big city). I know it's a free map, but will you give me the rights? (Just want a confirmation.)

Interesting design. The jagged rocks at the harbor entrance help with defense, am I right? I like the way that you gave the city two port areas instead of one.

It's fairly common for cities to have two different harbour areas - some ships need more protection, or are just more exclusive.
The jutting rocks were included as a form of natural breakwater. They're unlikely to be too important for defence other than funneling any attacking ships down the narrow gullet between the two towers.
