Watercolor 22" x 30" on 124lb. cold pressBiggest watercolor I have ever worked on. I usually do only half or quarter sheet. I thought it turned out ok. Not bad for my first watercolor in almost a year.
Its not even in my natural watercolor style. My mentor was a california style watercolor artist. California style is very loose. The paint in this painting is very modeled in the sculpture area of the painting. I think the technique works for this subject though. Anyway, Hope you like it. Crits welcome.

i think it's kind of like copy-paste kind of work. it doesn't look like as though you painted it. i don't mean to offend you, of course, it's just that I, myself, am confuse on what to voice out. hehe. sorry.

yeah I like california style watercolor paintings. They are so loose and free. I have two other paintings I am working on that may go a little more in that direction. sort of.
Hey I am rusty. I gotta get a feel for the medium again before I can loosen up.
Watercolor is all backwards anyway. Working light to dark instead of the other way around... makes my brain hurt.
