EVen IF Germany had won, it most likely wouldn't have lasted long after Hitler if at all.
Though Europe and especially Eastern Europe would probably have been depopulated.

It's difficult to write, as a Pole .
I think the only chance for a win in Germany was put aside for the time of the Holocaust " after the war " . German extermination camps , " Factories of Death" concentration camps involve more than one million people. The guards , commitment transports trains , construction costs , consuming a huge amount of money , materials, etc. . German terror intensified resistance in occupied countries .
Ribbentrop - Molotov pact was not needed . Polish War of 1939 did not last that in this case, 35 days. Durable to any longer. Perhaps 15 , 20, 30 days .
France would not attack . We are happy to sacrifice Poland to avoid any war with Germany .
Alliance with Japan to do anything it was not needed and only Germany was involved in the conflict with the U.S..
Balkans could surrender in 1940. France devoted to and those countries. She was happy to be that the Germans are going east rather than west .
United Kingdom ? At sea to reign but would have no chance of a win on land. This would be an impasse .
In 1941, as Germany and its allies invaded the Soviet people in the Soviet Union is welcomed them as liberators. Happy that someone came their release from Blood Tyrant Stalin.

Yes, true. This kind of map could be subjected to a lot of modulation. For example I could have assigned the Banat to Hungary or Romania as easily as I have it turned into a German Gau. I have filled a lot of pages with different (and often conflicting) plans. The position of Italy is expecially fluctuating. For this reason I usually have two scenarios: one with a strong Fascist Italy along with Germany and one with Germany as the only real European power. Yes of course, there surely exist plenty of different plans and theories.
In Germany we have a magazine called Welt der Wunder, they did a research about exactly this theme,
and asked a few dozen historians, and their result was quite interesting.
They said, that Hitlers successor wouldΒ΄ve been maybe Hans-Ulrich Rudel. He wished Heydrich as successor,
but we know he was killed in Prag.
It was a nice, but for me too short article.
Some more things they said is, that Germany would conquer Africa together with France, Britain, Italy and Spain as partners,
and South America would stand on german side. And he would support other fascist groups in the USA, because even when many
donΒ΄t know it, most white Americans did sympathize with the german ideology.
In the article they also say how he could win.
There were several important events.
1. DΓΌnkirchen, Operation Dynamo: DonΒ΄t let the english and french soldiers escape over the channel.
2. Balkan wars and Greece: Italy must manage it alone, or donΒ΄t help them, attack Russia 2 months earlier
and donΒ΄t get stuck in the mud, capture Moskau and win.
3. Give Rommel more tank divisions so that he can get the oil fields in the middle east and throw the British
out of the middle east.
4. Never ever declare war on the USA, and let Japan attack Russia and not Hawaii.

Interesting. Himmler and Heydrich are the successors one usually "expects" as they seem to be the most popular choices. So I find Hans-Ulrich Rudel to be an interesting and surprising possibility.

They wanted to creat the Heiliges germanisches Reich deutscher Nation, a Reich where all germanic peoples of Europe
shall be united. Germany would be the mainland of the germanic Reich.

That would depend on their ability to continue making war post-victory. It's hard to imagine the Third Reich being capable of achieving such a Pan-European hegemony.

It wouldΒ΄ve been possible for quite a long time and by propaganda in the after war years.
Also, even when the Nazis were evil, all normal white people would have a good life,
as long as they are loyal to Germany and the ideology. And as long as the people have food and a job and safety
they will not start a revolution.
