Thank you so much. I've shot in some of these wonderful old cemeteries enough times that I do have a pretty good sense of when the light will give me certain looks. Still, there is always an element of good fortune and pleasant surprise when I'm shooting. Thanks for adding my image to your favourites!

The angel silhouetted against that incredible sky makes for a powerful image. Your mastery of light and shadows always inspires me to look at a scene in a new way. Really love this one.

This was a photo that was kind of sitting around in a folder for awhile because I hadn't decided what to do with it. I was pleased with the composition, but not with what the light and shadows were doing. Once I started thinking about it as a monochrome, then it came together nicely.

In my early days here on I used to fret about not getting feedback or faves or whatever. I think as I found my "voice" I became less concerned. I get a fair amount of faves on my work (and have a wide variety of followers, which I think is very cool), and comments such as yours are the most meaningful to me. I've created some nice friendships here, and hope to continue doing so.
