My friend Kim showed me this awesome thing @ the library the other day, currently it has saved me SOOOOO much time!!
so I decided to share this with you guys! ^^
I really hope it helps you guys

if you don't own a computer by apple
then chances are you have this program
its free and comes standard with almost every computer already
go to your start menu (usually located in the bottom left corner)
and on the search bar search up "M.S. Paint" to see if you own it
its a great place to draw and edit things and if you keep practicing on it it becomes an amazing artists tool

I never knew you had to press those + & - buttons! I always thought you had to use the ones up there the numbers (at the top) so it never worked for me (but now it does xD)!

uh cuz all i have is paint this helped sooooo much now thanks XD.you can create bases in paint right?I have always wanted to create a couple bases hiow do you do that?

yup no probs!
well, basically you just get a regular picture that you want to make into a base, then use the line tool to color over it, then just erase the unwanted pixels until it looks like lineart, then just fill it in with color
(sorry about the FAIL explanation)
just look up "Base WIP" you might find some stuff
