There's a version of this that the icon at the bottom blinks, I just can't upload it in the right category on dA =w= So I'll add a link to that later.Anyway, this is how I made my current icon only that required a little more artistic skill because my icon eats itself. This is very basic but I hope it's helpful!

no, paint doesn't even have layers & Paint Tool SAI doesn't save images as Gif's(Animations) srry DX I wish it did

Can you send me a link to the program "gimp" if you don't mind? I tried to download Paint Tool Sai once, but I ended up with a nasty virus since I got it from the wrong website. I don't want to take any more chances.

What version gimp are you using because i don't have that GIF thing when i do a Save As

If you have the latest version, you have to go to 'Export' because save as only lets you do xcf files
