So ... Photoshop Tutorial.- Smooth Skin and Hair

Contains:
- PSD File with Included Stock, Tutorial and my version as reference
I hope it's not too complicated with all in one file, but I thought it might be a good solution.
More tutorials to come; in this one I couldn't go on to stuff like lips, the chin and nose and so on...so, wait for more.

Pretty helpful stuff! I found information that I didn't know. I guess I'm a beginner compared to most people on this site.
There were steps that left me confused and forced me to go to google to find more information, but I don't know if that means your tutorial is lacking or it just sticks directly to the subject. I read it because I want to get better at photoshop. It did give me enough information to work on certain pictures and I will be using some of the steps in the future on other pictures. What I'm trying to say is that if you used different examples from different pictures it might help more.
But it really did teach me a lot. I'm just so much of a beginner that I guess I was easily lost!

This is nice if you want to have the effect of real people looking like dolls. I prefer photos that have not been manipulated. But I guess this is useful for those who like to pretend that "perfect" beauty is all that matters.

this is more on your technique, rather than the tutorial.
Hair on the top of the head could use more work/cleanup. Skintone still looks uneven, could use color balancing as well as smoother texture. Hands could use a touchup too, esp nails.
Otherwise nice simple tutorial for beginners.
If it's ok with you, i could show you how i'd do it. this is pretty similar to the stuff i have to do at work.
