Kamen Rider Akutou was a violent criminal who learned of the Ghost Eyecons before he was executed, allowing him to trap his own soul within an Eyecon as he died. He seeks out the other dark hearted souls, which normally cannot manifest themselves or produce Eyecons, however, Akutou learned a method of forcing a Parka Ghost into existence using human blood, which stains all his Eyecons red.

His base form Parka Ghost is based on a straitjacket, and the straps that settle over his shoulder are strapped across the chest in Ghost form. This Parka Ghost constantly strains against its bonds, finally being freed just before attaching to Akutou. This form gives Akutou similar powers to Ghost, with the light-up floating, invisibiity and intangibility, as well as the ability to restrain or choke objects using red energy rings shaped like tightening belts.

By shifting his Eyecon into Finisher position, Akutou can execute his Omega Drive Rider Kick. His ghostly seal explodes into hundred of bats, which settle onto his foot in the form of black and crimson fire. He then delivers a flying kick to his foe that is accompanied by the sound of screams.

By making Eye Contact between his Driver and the GanGan Krueger in Tsume Mode, Akutou can channel his ghostly red seal into flames, which engulf his weapon before assuming the shape of a spectral flaming clawed hand, which mimics Akutou's slashing motions through the air.
