They do...I think this works pretty well as a "more realistic" style compared with your more 'toony work!
(Noses look pretty weird in general, when you get right down to it...no wonder they're so hard to draw.)

He did so in the manga as well. At least twice during the span of the manga when he was forced to choose, he chose the female Ranma over Akane... asking Akane to forgive him. And whenever he had a wish, he always started by using the wish to get the female Ranma... and then fom what I can remember, there was a a story where Kuno only visited Akane's home because he didn't know where the female Ranma lived -- hinting at that Akane was his second choice... but then Ranma dumped water over himself and Kuno immediately was all over her.
